Printable Math Escape Room Bundle: 4 Classroom Games For Grades 5 To 8
Four complete printable math escape rooms that climb from Grade 5 to Grade 8: fractions and decimals, ratios and percent, circles and pi, equations and slope. Each is a game for a classroom (4 to 6 teams) or for 1 to 6 students at home. They are not worksheet packs: crews move between six stations, crack puzzles and open one last lock together.
The Four Games
- Roller Coaster Repair Crew, Grades 5-6: the coaster failed its safety check. Adding and subtracting decimals and fractions with unlike denominators, order of operations, the coordinate grid, the mean, fractions, decimals and percents. Finale: steer the test train down the Test Run.
- Tour Bus Breakdown, Grades 6-7: the band bus broke down on the desert highway. Ratios and rates, map scale, percent of a number, discounts, tips, tax and percent change, one- and two-step equations, numbers below zero. Finale: the Last Stretch.
- The Pi Bakery Mix-Up, Grades 6-8 (Pi Day): the pie sale opens at 3:14. Radius, diameter, circumference and area with pi, dividing fractions, unit rates, percent off, equations (variable on both sides, a system on the top level). Finale: a 100-notch pie chart.
- The Zip-Line Inspection, Grades 7-8: no rider climbs the tower until the lines pass. Integers, two-step equations and inequalities, systems, percent, slope and rate of change, scale drawings, the Pythagorean theorem. Finale: three clamps that must line up on a grid.
Both levels in each kit give the SAME answer, so mixed classes and split grades play side by side and you check everyone with one key.
Every Kit Has
- Teacher pages: what to print, a room plan, timing plans (60 to 80 minutes, or two shorter lessons), a step-by-step script that also works without a projector
- Station signs, crew pages, hint cards for every puzzle (where to start, the method, the worked answer), certificates
- Full answer keys with solved pictures
- Several kinds of math pyramid puzzle, plus hands-on puzzles unique to each game
- A free bonus folder (opens from a QR code in the kit) with extra puzzles and ink-saver pages

Good To Know
- Digital download only: nothing is shipped.
- Print at 100% (actual size), single-sided.

- Not suitable for children under 3 (small cut-out parts).
- Each game is also sold on its own in the store.
